Mentorship
We need men to walk with them, talk with them, and model healthy masculine energies. We need men who are willing to spend 3 hours every other week to bring these boys to our I-Group meetings. We have fun, have a barbecue, and give our young men a place where they can talk about their feelings and what's going on in their lives. This is the most important part of our program. It's wonderful to see the changes in the young men after six months in the groups.
This program will not work without your help.

• Are you concerned you don't know how to mentor?
We will mentor you.
• Is your life so busy that you don't have time for our boys?
Simplify. Live your mission!
• Do you know of a man ready to be a mentor?
He need not be initiated.
We also have many volunteer opportunities for men who choose not to mentor. We need your special skill or talent!
If the initiated men of the the world don't take care of our boys, who will?
